Tardiness & Cell Phones
Do NOT be late to class. Once the warm-up is completed you will not be allowed to join the class. If you are late you will be turned away and your class payment will not be refunded. Also, please turn off your cell phone ring before entering the studio. We would hope that you do not take time out of class to answer your phone. It is a disruption for the entire class.
Payments
Payments can be made a minimum of 1 day in advance of the date of class. All payments must be received by 6pm the previous day to qualify for the next days classes. Purchases can be made online, by phone or by email. Due to the small class size, prepayments are required.
Guests & Class Observation
We do not allow guests or observers. We value our customers privacy.
Schedule Changes & Modifications
Schedules are subject to change without notice. New schedules will be posted at the studio. If you are prepaid for a specific class that has been changed, we will do our best to notify you via the contact information you have provided.
Holiday Closures & Sundays
We are closed most major holidays and Sundays. Closings will be posted in the Schedule section of this site. We are currently open during those times in which class times have been reserved.
Class Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. Some payments may be transferable with a 48 hour notice.
Merchandise Refunds
Many of the items we sell are nonrefundable due to sanitary issues. (Those items include, but are not limited to: Pierced Jewelry, Body Jewelry, Lingerie, Bathing Suits, Bath & Body Products and Special Order Shoes) Items such as T-Shirts & Dresses can be returned if the tags are still attached. In addition, the item cannot be used in any way and must be in resalable condition. The original receipt must accompany all returns and must be within 30 days from date of purchase.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Classes are nonrefundable & nontransferable. To cancel your class & reschedule, a 48 hour notice must be given.
Class Sign-ups
All class sign-ups require a minimum of 1 day in advance of class. * We do not accept walk-ins.
Once you have paid for a specific class, your name will be applied to the schedule for that class. Your receipt will be attached to our copy of the schedule and the class will no longer be refundable unless proper cancellation notice has been given.
Receipts
If payment is made for a specific class, your receipt will be taken and attached directly to the schedule. If you have prepaid, but not signed up for a specific class, your receipt will be given to you and it will be needed at the time you wish to use it. It is your responsibility to keep track of that payment. The prepaid receipts are valid for 3 months from the time of purchase.
