This class will focus on simple into intermediate choregraphy.

There is a new routine each week.

There will be pole tricks, transitions & filler.

Pre-requisite for this class is Pole Orientation.

Class Dress: Yoga Style Pants, Tee or Tank, Stripper style shoes(we have available for use).

Appropriate for Beginner into Intermediate
