Join USPDF Professional Pole Competitor & 7 yr Fitness Professional Faith Jay Daniels for a Bikini Body Boot Camp like no other.
This 2 hr, high energy, training session will cover everything from fat burning cardio to slim body stretching to long & lean muscle building with everything in between.
This boot camp is beneficial to both the everyday woman & the pole enthusiast.
Class size is limited. Wait list will be available for add on class times.
**Workout clothing, gym shoes or bare feet, bring exercise/yoga mat & 2lb, 3lb or 5lb ankle weights if available**
